No. Average rates I've seen in Boston area from many job searches (the FoxPro/VFP rates are kind of conjecture because I don't see too many listings for FoxPro/VFP anymore).

FoxPro (no VFP): - 40 - 60K
VFP (no client/server): 50 - 65K
VFP (client/server): 60 - 75K
SQL/VB/ASP: 60 - 120K
Java/C++/Oracle: 75 - 150K
