But it is about other things in SQL Server, not just stored procedures. He may also have mentioned The Guru's Guide to Transact-SQL by Ken Henderson. I have both books, and they are great.
It must have been the Wrox book that I was thinking of. I had the impression from the title (which I saw for about two seconds when Jim held it up) that it was mostly about writing sp's. Anyway, thanks for the references. I'll check both of those out.
