Well, I'm just kidding, of course. But things like this do cause me consternation. Lets just say that it takes relatively little brain power to safely and efectively drive an automobile, as long as that little bit is used. :-) The design of the roadways here is lacking, but the main traffic problems (IMO) are internal to the vehicles, not external to them. :-)
