>>Yes, Yes, and Yes -- every day! There seems to be a fair amount of FoxPro jobs in TX, CA, FL, AZ, WA and NY .. but not here in Michigan. Most don't allow "telecommuting" so I'm considering temporary relocation for short-term positions.

>>There also seems to be a fair amount of jobs that require FoxPro AND Visual Basic or SQL Server, which I don't know. So I've vowed to teach myself VB so down the road I won't have such a difficult time finding projects. But it still doesn't help me right now.

>Sounds like you might want to catch some of the other sessions at Devcon this year for SQL and VB. I know I will be. Does your local newspaper have an online classified section? I'd check those also. Are you doing any web stuff?

Yes, I've been checking the online classifieds of the local area and surrounding cities, but nothing FoxPro related. I just started dabbling in web development. I created a website for my company (www.frontier2000.com) and I created a website for the user group I started (www.grafug.com). I used MS FrontPage to create them and have been diving into the HTML code to learn and understand it. I've also been reading a book about HTML. The next step I want to learn is how to deal with data-driven websites. I figured I could use the user group site as a guinea pig and have the "members" information driven from a database instead of hard-coded into the site.
