I wanna call through a modem (COMM 3) any number from my program. I dropped control on a form with code

Nothing happens. Where am I wrong? Is there a way to call number from a program, pick up a phone and continue a conversation? Will modem hang up when I pick up a phone becouse there is no option like DATA TO VOICE?

I used MSCOMM32 for a communication with LCD display and everything worked just fine. Isn't it the same?
