Calling an HTML help file in a Citrix environment

FYI: This doesn't help the F1 problem but it did solve my problem. Thanks to a suggestion from a friend I tried calling hh.exe followed by the path and name of the help file. For example, c:\winnt\hh.exe c:\help\helpfile.chm. Works great.

Also, I don't think NT has anything to do with it. My OS is NT 4.0 and help works fine on my machine--F1 and all.
