So, you don't really need to subclass them? Do you need them for another project? In that case you just copy them with whatever to another directory. Then you can create another project in that directory and it will work with the copy of the VCXes. The only problem is to keep separate copies in sync - I mean if you will make changes and enhancements in different copies of class libraries.
