That makes sense, but there were no forms when I was tryng to get the class off the toolbar list - it was a new project. It only had the main.prg which has several "set classlib to...'s" but the persistent class is not added anywhere in the main.prg.
Do you think it may have something to do with the registry? or are toolbar classes set up by the current project only?
