I am building security into my project at the bar level and when I turn the security on it is acting exactly the opposite of the settings that I see in the security menu.

I have the MM user, belonging to no group, with full access to all bars.
I have another user DW, belonging to group accounting, with read-only access to all bars and full access to the payroll bar.

When I enable the security as 'no access strategy' the mm user logs in and sees no bars at all. The DW user can see the bars DW has read-only access to but the bars DW should have FULL access to are hidden.

I have already tried deleting all the .fxp's in the project.

I am not doing the security by hand I am using the MM Users security menu while the project is running to assign the security levels.

Any clues?
