You need an OLE server for JPG files installed on each workstation; as long as the server provides "Open" and "Print" moethods, you can display/print the general fields automagically; if you don't have a server on each machine, the machines that don't have servers, or do not have the needed methods provided by their servers, won't be able to automatically handle the general field. General fields rely on the services of the OLE server app installed on the workstation to handle the processing locally.
