Here's an idea- never tried it but I think it could work...
How about two grids, one actual grid with headerheight set to 0, and the other containing one row filled with labels (with as many lines of text as you want). Position the label grid over the top of the other and in the scrolled event of the data grid, check the relative column property and and if grid1.relativecolumn # grid2.relativecolumn, doscroll(4) or doscroll(5) until the grids are realligned. Sort of a master/slave setup. Waddaya think?
