I have done this in the past by putting code in the Click of the label text to the textbox. I usually make the label bold and red if it can be clicked. The Click would then set the value of the associated control to some default value.

You could disable the functionality if the control source of the textbox already has a value. Part of the disabling would be to turn the label back to its default color and not bold if a value exists.

>I have added two new textbox fields to my Loan Screen - Routing Number and DDA Number. Routing Number can also be found on the Bank level records. DDA Number can also be found on the Customer level records. I am having trouble designing a way to let the client indicate that he wants to default the Loan Screen's Routing Number from Bank records and defaulting the DDA Number from the Customer records, during an Edit. During an Add I can just default them as normal. But since these are new fields at the Loan Screen, how could I give the client the option of defaulting during an Edit of an existing loan? Guess I could add a "Default Routing and DDA Number" checkbox, but over time as the existing loans on the system are gone and all loan were Added with the default happening automatically, that checkbox will lose its' purpose.
