Perhaps this will be overkill also, but I converted 20+ pages of word doc into West Wind's wwHTMLHelp tool on the fly, in less than hour and straight from the command window, just by marshalling stuff back and forth (read 'winging it') between an instance of word and an instance of one of the wwHelp objects. I started out just playing around with the wwHelp object model and ended up saving myself a ton of work. Granted we still needed to make the help topics look pretty, but it sure was quick and easy to dump the content in.
