Hi Arto,

My guess is that the clipboard would be used exclusively by the user. Unless your user does copy/cut/paste within your app, I don't see why the contents of the clipboard might be altered.

What about setting up a very small ramdrive and storing your data there?

I'm sure that the other suggestions on this thread are more advanced than my cheap shots at the problem, but you can always change the problem if the solution you know doesn't fit it ;-)
