You can't do this from the standard edit control.

You'll probably want to use and ActiveX Control like the Microsoft Rich Texbox Control, Version 6.0.

There is an also an RTF control in the FFC (Fox Foundation Classes), but I'm not sure exactly how it works. (See the help file under "Visual FoxPro Foundation Classes A-Z") and look at the RTF control.
