You should use numeric value for Main Registry keys in the Windows OS.

Try to use the syntax:
#DEFINE HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -2147483646
llKeyIs = THISFORM.registry1.IsKey(lcKeyPath,HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE)
