I am trying to access a Windows 2000 Server share from my NT 4.0 Server machine. I am logged in locally to the NT machine but am connected the network through TCP/IP.

I have no trouble connecting to shares on other NT machines on the network, thr system simply asks for a username and password and then I can map the share. However when I try it with the share on the Win2000 machine it doesn't seem to be able to validate the password.

I don't get any error messages it just keeps asking over and over again for my username and password.

Any ideas?
