Try Visual UML (http://www.visualobject.com) This product comes with a reverse engineering option to VFP. You can import your VFP project to VUML and generate your UML diagrams.

VUML comes with forward engineering options to VFP and VB. I don't think you can reverse enginner in one language and forward engineer to another. Yet, you may want to give it a try.
