Pamela,

The other posts hit dead on for how to send output to a PDF driver as your printer. However, there are alternatives to the $260 Adobe Acrobat solution. There are a couple of cheaper PDF Drivers, and one is actually free with a registration at a web site. Check out:

www.zeon.com.tw (PDF Driver for around $50)

and

www.ctrlp.com (free PDF driver software when you click on the "PDF Software Worth 60" banner on the right side of the page)

Both of these options provide drivers that will show up as regular printers just like Adobe does, so you can use the code laid out by the other folks to print straight to PDF.
