Randy's method should help. Another way is to remove all printer-specific information from your reports. This is necessary if you're distributing the app widely with many printers being used.
Open the report as a table with "USE MyReport.frx". Then go to the first record and delete the contents of the TAG and TAG2 fields. Then open the EXPR field (also the first record) and delete all printer-specific lines, leaving the information about orientation, etc.

>Ever since we got a new printer, a Lexmark Optra M412, my reports do not print out in the same format as my preview. For instance, in the preview, the first date for data to display is for January 3rd. But when I print the report, the first date for the dispalyed data is December 29th. Does anyone have any idea how to change the printer settings so it will match the VFP preview settings?
