Does this report have table in its DE? Do you run REPORT FORM your report to PRINTER NOCONSOLE from program or from command window?

If none would help, create a new empty report. Go to your old report, Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C. Go to the new one, Ctrl+V. How many pages this new report prints?
