I sure do a lot of this - quit without saving to bail out of a mess. I do it in VFP, Excel, mail, newsgroup postings, and even here on the UT. Sure wouldn't want that functionality taken away!

He feels that users are too stupid to make that choice. Well, I know plenty of users who say "No" to that dialog because they screwed up the edit and are glad at the opportunity to discard it.
