I am developing a small module - Stock Adjustment for POS system
I would like to know, how does stock adjustment be done usually? Should we retrieve the balance stock amount (after deducted by sales module) stored in database as the accurate current stocks amount and use it to do adjustment with physical stock ? Do you think think way may not give you the "accurate current stock balance"? In your opinion, should I re-calculate the total stock purchased - total good returned - total sold (and so on) in order to the "actual stock balance"??
