My experience is the print button in the preview screen does not seem to print
out all recrods that you can only preview when the current cursor in the dataenvironment is being filtered or possibly scoped by a "FOR, WHILE, or NEXT n" clause in your report form preview command.
What I usally do is to select the desired cursor with only the recrods you want to print out before applying the report form preview command if you want to preview before printing. Then the print button within the preview screen will print out whatever in your current cursor.
