Oh boy. Just last week, someone was transferred to a different position and now assigned my supervisor to take over Team Leader on the OASIS project. She then assigned her dept to share her responsibilities. She gave this person to be my project leader (which I am supposed to report to him of all status). This person all of sudden didn't like my "almost-to-be-done" project and request I do it over again. Huh? Fine. I will give him what he requests, starting with a white background forms, worse than vanilla system. Isn't that sad?

Last Monday, he came to my office and said, "Did you read about the email?" (regarding her position). "Yeah, that you are my new supervisor" I said. "No." he replied. I was out sick yesterday (Tuesday). I am back this morning (Wednesday) and first thing he said "Will this authtype be done today?" I said "Yes." but then one hour later, I went back and said "Well, I changed my mind, it will be done tomorrow." He didn't reply to that. Then I said, "Permission to speak frankly?" "Yes." "I think you are playing supervisory, but it was granted to you, so abuse it while you can." Again, he didn't reply to that.

Chuck
