A few things you may want to consider doing/putting on your resume:
* MS Certification in one or more poroducts.
* Attendings seminars or evening classes.
* Read computer books.
* Train yourself at home by doing a mini-project with a new tool.

I always ask about self-training and recent readings in an interview. IMO, it is one of the best indicators of how the person will handle changes in the workplace. If you do list recent readings on your resume, you may want to consider putting one or two sentences about what you got out of it. I suggest checking the reading list at Hentzenwerke.com if you don't know where to start.

Good luck,

Daniel
