What is the best BACKUP system for your harddrive?

I am thinking of buying an iomega DITTO BACKUP tape drive for the parrell port. It seems to be fast enough and backup max is 1.6 meg/3.2 meg compressed. It will cost about $200.00. Does anybody have another idea?
