Here are the steps I use to manually achive my goal in Outlook 2000:

1. Right mouse click on 'Personal Folders'
2. Select properties for 'Personal Folders'
3. Click on the 'Advanced' button
4. Click on 'Compact Now'

What I what is a way to do the same using VFP to control the process. Unfortunately there is not a macro recorder for Outlook.
