I am using cbizobjnolistmaintform and find form mechanism. I want to allow free editing of the retreival field (account Number) while adding a record, but make the field read only when editing it later. I've tried to use the form's thisform.laddmode method to set the enable for the field, but the laddmode() setting lags behind the form refresh. Whenever I return from the Find form, the thisform.laddmode shows true. If I refresh the form again, (button I've added testing this behavior) then it's updated correctly to false. I haven't been able to make use of this form mode to set the enabled property.

The addmode() method being set after the form refresh limits it's value for this situation. Any Ideas where I could pickup something to trigger on or make use of the laddmode() mechanism?
