Liant Software (the owners of RMCOBOL) have a product called Relativity which in essence gives you ODBC access to RMCOBOL Indexed data files. However, it is a bit expensive, particularly if this is a one-shot operation. My company happens to own a copy of Relativity since we have several products written in RMCOBOL.
Is this a one-shot operation or will you need continuous access to the COBOL files?
If it's a one-shot operation, I could probably do the conversion for you. If you need continuous access to the COBOL data, you'll need to get Relativity.
