The addition of those 4 buttons was not the justification to moved the previous ones. That is not related. IAC, many users already had those there. It was just related to how you configured your account.

We are also moving to Step 3, so you see now is not the final version thus additional buttons may be put in there.

One other thing to keep in mind is that VFP is not the only forum here so all is considered with care when we do a change. Thus, those 4 buttons may be useful for some and not for others as per the setup of your account and the forum you have as default in relation to its content.

BTW, the category of files went away two weeks ago. What you were seeing as per the previous button was the old view. There is no need to category anymore. Otherwise, we would still show it as you have seen it before in the new layout. Same for FAQ
