You can drop a Bitmap Image ActiveX control on a form. Double-clicking on this control at runtime will activate Paint. To return to VFP, you click outside the image in paint (you'll see your whole form in paint) on your form and you'll exit Paint back to your app.

Under the menu Tools/Options.../Control make sure the Bitmap Image ActiveX control is registered.

You can now select the ActiveX controls list in the Form Designer, and drop one of these on your form.

There may also be other ActiveX type controls you can use, 3rd party or otherwise.

I don't believe that the Paint program itself is an automation server.
