I want to rename a table that is in a database.
However, when I us RENAME TABLE, it renames only the longname in the database, but the file name is the same. I cannot rename the file name without getting into trouble.

What is the way to rename a table in a database with both names changed, the longname and the file name?

I do not want to remove the table and add it again, because some triggers might get lost or some field names could change. This procedure should be generic.
