Open up a DOS box and type "ftp -help"
Then type "ftp" to run the ftp app.
From the ftp prompt type "help" (without the quotes) to see the list of commands.
Type "help " to see help on a specific command.
To leave ftp type "bye"

Or, you can download and install a windows version..
