FoxFire Technical Support
Hi All,
I have been a FoxFire and Priority Support customer for several years.
I have always used Version 3.0+ but recently have been told to investigate Version 6.0 by one of my clients who pays royalties to Micro Endeavors to use Foxfire in a program I wrote for him which he redistributes to several hundred of his own clients.
I intalled Version 7.0 a few days ago and have been having a problem getting it off the ground. I have put in four calls to Technical Support over the last three days and have yet to receive a return call. This has never been a problem in the past as they have always been very responsive and helpful.
I wonder if any other Foxfire customers are having the same problem and if this is a warning about a much bigger problem ?
Any help would be appreciated.
