Hello,

I have a treeview control on one of my forms. The text on some of the nodes is larger than the displayed area, so a scroll bar is added to the control. This is fine. When the mouse is hovered over a node, the control shows the full text in a yellow bar. I think that this is hot tracking. I would like to be able to turn this feature off, so that as the mouse hovers over a node, the text is not highlighted like this.

Is there a way to do this? I have set the hottracking property of the control to False, but this does not seem to do anything.

I have tried to get somewhere with Microsoft, but as usual, I have had no answer to the problem.

Any help is much appreciated.

Pete
