Hi,
I'm about to enter into an agreement with a company to allow them to be the exclusive reseller of an application I wrote and sell myself. Does anyone out there have any suggestions for what I should have in the agreement or what I should not have in a reseller agreement? Perhaps a copy of an agreement that I could use?
