Thanks Kevin. My lawyer took one look at the agreement submitted to me and told me, in effect, that the agreement wasn't even worthy of the name 'toilet paper.' I'll pass the recommendation about ensuring the ownership rights understanding on to him.
This also makes me hope that the encrypted compiling of the executable cannot be de-compiled....
