The wierdest thing just happened. I tried running my app on a Win98 machine with no Japanese Language support kit and the question marks no longer appear. The Japanese text is coming up like '‚½E‚΂½‚¯'. When I export this data to a text file and copy it over to my W2K machine and change the Font to Japanese it comes up perfectly. I don't understand it, if you have Japanese Language support installed and try to look at the .Body property in outlook, question marks come up, but if you have no Japanese Language support then the question marks don't come up. It's as though having Japanese Language support is trying to convert the text to Japanese and failing, but if you have no japanese language support then it works. Very bizzare !!!
