The documentation seems to indicate that the correct command would be
REPORT FORM c:\temp\puzzleorder.frx PREVIEW TO PRINTER PROMPT
however this generates an error "missing comma".

I tried your command on a different machine and it works.

I guess they is some kind of unusual windows system setting on the machine i tested.
