Hi!
Check the attributes of that file. If you set hidden or system, or even read-only, it might be a cause. This because EXE file contains a lot of essential resources for application running, so VFP engine opens exe file for the duration of the running. When trying to open it cannot find or open it for some reason, that causes this strange message.
