There was a problem in version 6.0b where the builder would add double brackets around the alias of a cursor...I've fixed this in the new version, but for now, you can fix it by doing the following:
1. Remove the free table from the data environment
2. Close the business object Builder (just to be safe)
3. Open up the business object Builder again
4. Add your free table back to the data environment again.
