I have installed VFP6+SP4, VFE6+SP2, SDT5.1+UPDATE. I wish to use SDT with every VFE project created in the future so I need to add some files to the VFE Component Gallery. Stonefield's instructions states:

"Create an SDT folder under Visual FoxExpress Framework. To do this, select the “Visual FoxExpress Framework” in the left pane of the Component Gallery,..."
This I can do no problem

"...right-click in the right pane, choose “New Item” from the shortcut menu,..."
This I can also do ... but

"...and choose “Folder”..."
The "New Item" doesn't open a sub menu to choose "Folder". All I get is a tiny grey bar (in the right top corner of the "New Item") which most likely is the sub menu with nothing to be seen by the user. It is absolutely dead.

"...A new folder called “New Folder” will appear in the left pane under the “Visual FoxExpress Framework” folder. Right-click on it, choose “Properties”, and change the Name and Description in the Folder Properties dialog that appears to “SDT”..."
I cannot get to this point ... hence my question

What is going on and what could I do to make this work ?
