Which boot loader do you want to use for your primary boot loader?
If lilo, then just move your /boot partition within the 1024 sector (it only needs to be like 50~100 MB depending on how many kernels you keep in there), and write lilo to MBR.
If boot magic, the same, except write lilo to the first sector of /boot.
If Win2k, then I don't remember where the docs are. I woudl just go to
www.google.com and search, or go to
www.linuxdoc.org (or your favorite LDP mirror) and search.
