It seem like solve the problems of re-install and update the EXE for every workstations. However, If that piece of EXE stored in server is corrupted or unable to be executed, the "business" of that company may be stop for that period of time. Any workaround here?

There are a couple of problems with running the EXE from the network:
- It will run slower
- Temp files will go to the network
What you want to do is create a launcher program. The shortcut on the user's PC will point to the launcher program, that resides on the local drive. The launcher compares that date and time of the real EXE on the local drive to the EXE on the network. If different, the real EXE is copied to the local drive, then called from the launcher program.
