The server has the run-time libraries for VFP 6.0 on it. I tried install the DLL by creating an empty package and adding it manually, but I received the same error. What am I missing?

Is it an MTDLL? Are you sure that the server has the multithreaded runtime (vfp6t.dll) installed?
