Try setting the BorderStyle Property of the Combo Box to '0 - None'.

Now, when I add the cbo to the grid, I'm running into a display problem. As soon as I start the form, the cbo's all show the full text of their control, but as soon as I click or tab to one of these comboboxes, the text field cuts in half and stays that way for the rest of the time the form is up. If I click the dropdown portion of the combobox, I see all the full text descriptions just fine. When I close the combo again, I still only see half of the description. I can't figure out whether it's a grid problem, a column problem, or a combobox problem. Has anybody else experienced this, and how do I fix it?
