Hi!

Look into help file for ON SHUTDOWN command. You can define using this command a function that will run each time user tries to close main VFP screen by 'x' button.

>I have compiled a simple one-screen .exe (no framework) with a startup program that has "DO FORM myform" and READ EVENTS.
>When I try to close my executable using the "x" (in the top right corner), I get the message "Cannot Quit VFP".
>How do I get around this?

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs

It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
