I saw their new product FullContact demo'd at VFE DevCon in December. It is a very well designed product. It won't be available for a while. It's going into beta very soon.

As for the updated demo application, no need to bug them. The updated demo app is supposed to be included in SP3. They are saying that SP3 is coming by the end of this month.
