When my application starts up on some of the machines the Blue background color only partially fills the screen.

I use the following code in my "main" program:

MODIFY WINDOW SCREEN TITLE 'Source of Business' color rgb(0,64,128,0,64,128) NOCLOSE nozoom icon file dollar.ico

This does not occur all the time, nor does it occur on all the machines.

Any suggestions?
